According to the findings of the technicians that were dispatched to the job on 4/21/2017, the leak was caused by a roof issue and not by the new guttersWe had a very wet winter and experienced a lot of roof leaks that never were seen beforeWe believe this is the case hereWe will be contacting
the customer to re-visit the issue and insure our findings are correct
