I [redacted] I am Responding to Customer Second Response Yes Customer and I Did Make Mention of Speak Reguarding Both Washers In Questions Customer Was Given Options and Again Had to Approve Order Before items Left Warehouse Based on complaint the machine customer received is appearently not Unit on Order Customer did Receive Exactly What was requested and yes at One Time of payment We Did Accept Credit and Debit [redacted] payments for Parts and Service But not for Equipment over $Due to Issues in with Various Cusomers and Fraud with We NO Longer Accept CC Payments Over for Equipmentalso Customer Again had Order Revised Before said Equipment Left LocationFurthermore We Are Not RESPONSIBLE for Customer Purchasing Smaller Machine Than HIS customer Wanted We Offered Customer Options And Customer Took Option He WantedOnly Mistake I Made is Machine was Not Be Set Up for OPL Push to Start Controls Which I Agreed to Send if Custome But said customer Wanted Completely Differenty Machine When One He puchased on Order any Question or Concerns Can and Should all be made throught the Revdex.com Online Site [redacted] Clearwater L.E.SLLC
Customer Purchased Units and Got Units He Requested Customer Never Puchased Any Pound Units (MEGA LOADER Washer)
Said Customer Purchased Large Capacity Washer Extractor (35lb Wascomat) Washer and Received As Requested said Machine Was Unit Customer was Supposed to ReceiveUnit
was to be Set Up for NON coin or OPL Function and Arrived In Coin Controls By Mistake Only Problem on said Order As for Pound Machine We Sent No Such Machine on this OrderThis Said Order Was Revised Various times Before item was Picked Up from shipping location But Customer Claims He Wanted Another Machine That was Listed At Same time as Said Order was Placed Now We Did Have Advertised ON *** a (65lb MEGA Load Washer) machine That Was Advertised On *** for plus freight at Time of Purchase there Was a auction for said equipment and was Attached to Buy it Now Auction and Customer Choose to Purchase Wascomat Wat that time Via Phone Call
Customer Refused to claim Responsibility for His Mistake During order and Did Not Like Options So He Choose to File Complaint with Revdex.com Customer Claims Sellman made Mistake On Order but Accepted on Delivery If Customer was Truly Unhappy at delivery Could Have Choose to Refuse Shipment but Did Not Do SoShowing Customer Knew What Was Ordered and Accepted it.
Nothing More We Can Do to Assist Customer Wants Refund of unit plus freight

I spoke to Alex about the washer on *** it was a lb wascomat. He told me numerous times he thinks it is a lb capacity washer Large capacity. Nothing was mentioned about a W125, I also told him it had to be opl. there were no keys for the washers, and I also wanted to pay by *** *** as *** alows to pay via ***, that alows this kind of fraud from happening. Alex also said they only accept chequesSo I courier a cheque from Canada to Clearwater Laundry After I sent out the cheque I noticed that on there website that they do accept ***,*** ***,***,Cash Cheques and debit. There fore I beleive they were looking to dump a washer that they were trying to fill a sale with any product. I would like to have this washer returned and money refunded. I also see they have had other complaints from other customers
