Clearwater Collision & Towing

After my wife was involved in an accident that resulted in significant damage to her car I contacted Clearwater Collision & Towing, their staff helped guide us through the repair process and made the entire process a positive experience. Clearwater Collisions staff was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. The repairs that were done exceeded my expectations and if I find myself in the need of these type services in the future, I will be using them again.

By far the worst body shop I have ever been to my car was damaged by a business and I was made to use this place to get it repaired. Took them a day longer then first quoted with no call to let me know when I went to pick it up the paint job was horrible bumps in the paint and spots right next to the damage were not repainted because and I quote nobody will notice because its just plastic molding. Strange I noticed right away I told them I wanted the paint job fixed they said it would be ready the next day. Came back the next day it looked even worse then the day before now full of swirl marks. My insurance company sent me to a preferred body shop to get a quote to repair what they did and during the inspection the noticed that after 3 days the clear coat on the work they did was already flaking off. While repairing their work they also found that the dent they claimed they would fix by pulling out the sheet metal was instead just filled with bondo. Long story short I wouldn't recommend this body shop but to people that you hate the most. They are being sued by my insurance company because they don't even carry any business insurance so if anything happens to your car their you will be out on your own.
