Cary L operates under the business "Experienced Glass" now. He is extremely unprofessional and unqualified to install frameless shower glass. His measurements were off, he compensated by over-siliconing the gaps which was done sloppily and marked up the glass, the brackets weren't level, the door wouldn't close propertly and also gapped over 2". He repurposed a piece of glass with a large hole, stuck in a hook and acted like he did us a favor when the hook is extremely out of place. He and his associates left a huge mess in the shower, pushed the tile shavings and debris down the drain which later clogged it and left glass smudges and trash everywhere. When we contacted him to fix it, he replied, "that's as good as it gets."
