Clearview Windows

Window was taken out with her approval, after notifying her there's a possibility that woodwork could be scratched.

I am rejecting this response because:
He did not warn me ahead of time, after the window was removed his employee discovered the window was going to scratch. So there
was only mark on wood. We left the room & he told his guy to put the screen back in which led to many scratches. Neither of us saw them as we went downstairs so I could pay him. The windows can be removed & have been, however due to a shoulder injury I could not show him. I do have pictures to submit to you & will send from my phone. I just want him to either repair or pay for damage Thank you & the photos will be sent soon
