We hired Clearview windows to install a windowThey ordered the window from *** and when it arrived it was too big*** from Clearview approved the construction of it with an error in the size*** contacted *** and they thought that he might be fine once he tried to fit it in from the inside of the houseDuring installation I heard sawing outsideI went to see what was happening and hidden behind the back of their big truck they were using a sawzall to cut off part of the windowI asked what they were doing and *** physically put his arm around me and steered me away from the area back to the f*t of the house and told me that it was fineIn hindsight I should have handled things differently but I let them put the window in and I paid himI was however, uncomfortable with the situation and called *** two days laterThey said that what he did voided any and all warranties on the window ($cost to us)After letting *** know that we would pursue legal action if he d
