I just received an Explanation of Benefits on 11/2/from Blue Shield my insurance that states I owe provider (VPMG) $ I'm willing to pay ONLY the amount my insurance sent on 8/10/again $ By the way I did paid (HVMC) for $get your facts straight before accusing someone's integrity
