L[redacted] On the response that Orion Rand Medical Billing (VPMG) gave they stated on 8/10/2015 that Blue Shield my insurance applied a allowable amount to my deductible which is $105.23.  Then why I'm I still getting a Past Due Notice for the full amount of $542.25?  I just received an Explanation of Benefits on 11/2/15 from Blue Shield my insurance that states I owe provider (VPMG) $0.  I'm willing to pay ONLY the amount my insurance sent on 8/10/15 again $105.23.  By the way I did paid  (HVMC) for $161.58 get your facts straight before accusing someone's integrity.

reading/interpretation of the biopsy resulting from Mr. G[redacted]'s colonoscopy at HVMC where the $894.45 charge is coming from. Our services were processed by Mr. G[redacted]'s insurance on 8/10/2015, a copy of which can be provided upon request, and the allowable amount was applied to his deductible. This amount is the responsibility of Mr. G[redacted] to satisfy, and the amount of $161.58 that Mr. G[redacted] claims he has paid is, again, not for this same exact service that we are billing him for.
