The home was sold to us in November Despite frequent emails, texts and finally a certified letter, numerous items remain unresolved In November 2015, we moved into the home in question Several items were not complete or non functional The builder stated they would take care of those issues We were due to move in to the house in early November and it wasn't ready when promised (first in September and then in October and then early November) We had to move due to the sale of the house we were living in Information was originally listed by the builder and that list was taped to a counter for weeks We emailed and texted regarding problems and some of the issues were addressed but many were not We then started a full list of items to be completedThis list was shared via email on more than one occasionIn May we sent a certified letter stating what needed to be accomplished and that the plan needed to be accomplished by May 31, It has not been completed W

A year later the builder still refuses to replace the stainless kitchen sink that his workers damaged and made worse when they attempted to "fix" it
On June 6/1/we purchased a home in Wolfforth in order to be closer to help with my aging mother Our primary home is in MI After a walk thru and making an initial punch list, I returned to MI to prepare for our move We returned 7/7/expecting to move into the new home with the punch list completed What we walked into was a fifty mess! Some items on the list had attempted to be done and poorly at that We couldn't even unload the truck until our Realtor got in touch with the builder to get someone over to cleanOnce again a poor job was done Over the next week I spent hours cleaning and adding to the list of problems One of those items was a stainless kitchen sink that had not been protected and was scratchedWe were assured things would get done before we left on 7/15/ They were not I told them I would be returni
