ID #*** In response to the letter of complaint that I received,I am sorry for this misunderstanding.My intension is to resolve this problem.After receiving your letter,I immediately tried to contact the customer,by going to their house June 3,June 4, June but no response.I called the
customer's home phone twice and left messages.I also called the customer's cell phone and left messages.I will keep trying to contact them,because I want this resolvedThis is the first time anything liked this has ever happened,I'm truly sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused for any of the parties involved.My business has been built on a good reputationMy goal is to make sure all of my customers are completely satisfied.
