While The View Looks Great, I'm Concern That When Things Like My AC Window Unit Breaks Down, it Won't be Fix or Replace Like Right Away. You Can Be Waiting For Weeks and Still Nothing Gets Fix. Things Like Washer and Dryer Can Break Down Without Notice Causing a Rip Off Wasting Money. This is a Water Shared Apartment, So Therefore You Can Be Paying Someone Else's Water Bill Beside Yourself Causing a Rip Off Where You May Not Be Able To Compete With and Pay it On Top of Rent Trash Sewer and Administration Fees. Sometimes You May Get Lied To About Something Going Be Replace and it Never Happens When You Need it Right Away (Example: New AC Window Unit). That Can Cause Heat Moisture Build Up and Like Suffocation and Mold Mildew. That Can Be a Health Hazard. Kinda Sickening.
