In the summer of We bought a beautiful couch from Pies , we feel the construction and material are well above standard Also the lady who served us was very helpful with both pros and cons We spent a long time looking for a couch at all of the well known and not so well known stores that carry furniture , and after years we settled here , and are very happy
Review: After informing me that my account would be closed (because I the entirety of my debt), ClearPoint drafted $650 from my checking account that I did not owe, and without sending me a monthly statement (which would have said zero dollars owed). Upon noticing that $650 was missing from my account, I contacted ClearPoint to return the funds. While I did receive a response, the funds were not returned. It's been five business days, and the funds are still not back in my account.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the $650 that ClearPoint took from my account without my permission and without notification. I would also appreciate an apology.

Review: I have repeatedly contacted the above mentioned company within regards to Consumer Credit Counseling. The above mentioned company states they have mailed the appropriate documentation to my husband and myself on at least 2-3 separate occasions and we have yet to receive them. They have either not mailed anything or are sending it to an incorrect address. We can not move forward with credit counseling without proper documentation to sign (i.e. agreement) and when I attempt to contact them, it is usually by leaving a message because no one answers their phone and they are sketchy about returning calls. I was recently taken to small claims court over one of the bills I had listed in our credit counseling and even the attorney for the courts could not reach anyone with this company to verify anything. I don't believe it is my responsibility to download 45 pages from an email and either use excessive amounts of ink to print them out or pay .25 cents a page to copy. I recently FAXED a letter to them asking for the documentation within 7 business days (fax was received as I have proof) and have yet to receive anything.Desired Settlement: I would like Clear Point to send the documentation paperwork to us via certified mail to attempt to get our credit counseling started. If not, I would like to file a complaint for disreputable service.
