Still in Business?
I ordered a bottle of Clearetto back in March without incident. I went to order a 2nd bottle on Saturday May 4th only to discover that their website would not to accept orders. I called and spoke with someone and asked her to take my order and she refused. She stated that the website was down due to maintenance to call back later. I called back Sunday, the next day. Same problem. She stated that no one else was having a problem accessing/placing an order via their website. I tried placing the order via my phone/laptop still same problem. I tried the website again on Monday. Still did not work. I called only to be placed on hold, then told that there was one to answer my call. Additionally, I sent an email via their website and via my own email on Sunday which was supposed to reply to me within 24 hours but no one ever did.
Resolution is to determine if this company is in business and for them to be repsonsive to customer requests and assistance for help with orders and phone calls.Extremely poor customer service practices.
The customer in question was having issues with her credit card being declined when she was attempting to order from our site. She reached out to us and informed us of her situation. All other customers were placing orders successfully at the time. We had our technical team look into her situation, and found the problem was with her specific credit card. She tried to place an order again a few days later and was able to successfully order. The order was delivered to her in 4 days via USPS.

I can appreciate the reply by Clearetto. As indicated in my complaint, my card was working fine and I had used it on various other websites to make purchases around the same time. Additionally, I used two separate cards. None of which worked on their website but on other websites. It was not my card(s), it was something on their website that would not allow the order to be processed. They addressed the issue and fixed it after they received the Revdex.com complaint. I made the purchase with the same card I might add and received my product a few days later. I appreciated their attention to resolve this problem. Thank you.
