I purchased a Hookah pen from a convenient store and it was defective and they refuse to exchange or give moneys back. They guy even pulled down the box of Hookah pens they had and they all have instructions to pull a tab? There is no frickin tab to pull. Im irritated no moneys back and have yet to hear from clearette company.

I purchased a green apple e-cigarette with no nicotine in it today. When I took it out of the package, I took a drag off of it and received no smoke. Since then, I have attempted multiple times to get it to work and it will not. The "cherry" lights up only for a second and it is very faint. I believe the pen is completely broken. As I have not been able to get it to work, and I only taste a little flavor of the green apple, no matter how big of a hit I attempt to take.

Review: Jan [redacted] I placed a order with this company - sent me email stating thank you for your order- allow 3-5 days for package to arrive USPS. Jan [redacted] credit card paid company $59.99 - Problem is I have not received my order. its going on 3 weeks I have emailed them 4x with no reply back. I have called 2x left messages both times to call me back and either refund my money or send me my order to this No reply... Did I just get scammmed out of my money thought this was legit with all the possitive reviews.Desired Settlement: They can either send me what I paid for or refund my $59.99 Thank you.

Review: This company has billed me for product that has not been delivered. This company has inadequate security and has allowed my debit information to be stolen and used for unauthorized purchases, once in November, 2015 and once in August, 2015. In both instances, I was charged over 5K to my card in unauthorized transactions. I am still awaiting a return phone call from this company to address these issues and the company is "offline" for customer service. I am also still awaiting correction of some of these charges by my financial institutionDesired Settlement: This company should not be allowed to operate online due to inadequate website security. This company should not be allowed to take orders online as they are unable to fill the orders or respond to inquiries. This company presents dangerous risk to the consumer.
