Thank you to Mrs*** and the Revdex.com for allowing us the opportunity to resolve the concern about the bill she receivedWe mistakenly mailed her a bill that should never have left our officePer Mrs***s instruction we canceled her service agreementDuring the cancelation of her service a
termination fee was added to her account but was supposed to be offset with a credit to give her a zero balanceUnfortunately, our office staff may have gotten side tracked and the credit was not addedDue to our oversight a bill was generated and sent to her by mistakeWe totally understand why she was shocked to receive it in the mail and cannot apologize enoughHer balance has been corrected and she does not owe us a thing Our General Manager has also called her directly after finding out about the concern through the Revdex.com and rectified the situationMrs*** was very kind to remove the complaint at the Revdex.com and we apologize that she had to take time out of her day to deal with this in the first place.
