Clearbrook Treatment Center

The grounds and amenities at this place are great. The techs, nurses, and hospitality are awesome. Sadly, the clinical team is not. The management is awful. The groups are repetitive and not useful for people staying there for thirty days. The clinical team is way understaffed and doesn’t have regular appointments set up with clients. I was there with someone who had to wait 8 days to see a case manager and inform his job that he was in detox. Since clients are dependent on their case managers and therapists for all communication with the outside world, if you get one who is unresponsive your are SOL. I was misdiagnosed for the psych NP and due to the disorganization there was almost treated for withdrawal from the wrong drug. I was also told by a psych NP to consider going back on one of the stimulants that I came to treatment to detox from. Just poor clinical care all around.

this company sent me a collection letter stating I owe them over 60 thousand dollars for my son's treatment there. I do not have a son and the letter is addressed to someone that is not me. when I called and spoke to Melissa S, she was extremely rude and hung up on me.
