Clearbrook Glass 2007

Amazing customer service from Tracy at the front desk. I went in looking for the ever elusive shower door wheels. I explained what I wanted and she immediately went to the back and brought out a bin of small parts. No luck. She then proceeded to call at least 3 other places to help me find my wheels. Again no luck. I mentioned that I’d found some on *** (wait time was ridiculous) and she verified the correct size. Although the wheels are difficult to source, they are an inexpensive item and there was not a dime in it for Clearbrook Glass.
I was treated with kindness, and respect and an employee that went above and beyond on my behalf ??
