Clear Tv Antenna

I've been waiting 1 month for my refund still haven't got it ï''
I order a antenna which was sent some where else after a month waiting for the antenna I call and ask for a refund which they say my card declined it so they would put a check in the mail so I wait another 3 weeks for the check never come call today as of 07/09/2020 to find out they never sent the check out even thou they see somebody put in for a check to be mailed now they telling me the check will be sent next week but I gotta wait another 10-15 days with no compensation at all for all this time wasted is it possible I can get a lawsuit cause I tired of companies taking money fast but giving refunds slow
