This company barely makes repairs, they take the cheapest possible route if they even bother and endangers tenants with hazardous living conditions that you may not have noticed prior to signing the lease and say that it is rented as is, so basically suck it up of fix it all yourself. Then when they do perform maintenance they try to gouge customers for the charges. Additionally they do not allow partial payments so if you can't pay what ever they have thrown into your account in additional charges then you get a late fee and eviction notices. The HVAC vents and ducts were filled with garbage and rat feces, the kitchen cabinet under sink covered in garbage and rat feces. I found that my basement was flooded and they called someone out to clean main sewer drain and then charged me for it and will charge me for having it cleaned as well though there is still sewage in my basement sitting for a week now. This is the tip of the iceberg! No matter how hard up you are to get approved for a rental, you will ultimately regret any decision to do business with them. My house is literally falling apart and in no way safe for me and my 5 year old but we are stuck till our lease is up. I am addressing everything with Fair Housing Authority and requesting testing to show the health hazards this home possesses and I will continue to scream from the roof tops to help any future possible clients avoid their lazy, dangerous and predatory tactics. I guarantee no one from that office has seen the state of the property that I live in, whomever they said cleaned it did not do a thorough job, the amount of disgust is almost unbearable.
