Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards,I called Revdex.com 8/26/to say that I had no communication from [redacted] that he had gone out of business months ago However, once he received the note from Revdex.com, he contacted me, resolved the problem, and I am back "on the grid." He will be back again this weekend to give us an internet power boost in the basement since the router is on the second floor he was also notified by someone in the state Department of Energy that he had not sent in the final report of my solar installation completed December As far as I am concerned, case closed I am satisfied with the results

Review: My 16 solar panels stopped working June 10th. I have emailed [redacted], Owner/Operator, repeatedly with no reply. I even found the telephone number [redacted] under the name [redacted] at [redacted] I left a message at that number yesterday, saying that on one website, not his own, he lists being a member of Revdex.com. However, my call yesterday to Revdex.com says he is not. Why pay for the expense of solar panels and not be able to have the installer see why they are not working? I warned on the telephone number listed above that if I did not hear from [redacted] by today, I would contact the Revdex.com. Calling his cell number [redacted] is to no avail since it will ring 20 times and then shut down. I tried calling another Solar Installer; however, they don't want to work on an installation that someone else has made. I need immediate help. We leave tomorrow for Ohio for one week. I wanted this resolved before our departure. Obviously, that cannot be accomplished.Desired Settlement: I left the same message on emails and yesterday's telephone call in [redacted] that I am willing to pay for a house call. All I want is to be put back "on the grid."
