I am rejecting this response because: Their arguments is that the damage was there previously. If so why didn't their technician bring it to my attention or make note of it on their paperwork. They didn't because the damage was caused while doing the work by the technician "Ray." He left my bathroom worst than he found it.  I made the claim because of spit of water that was coming out of the tub spout. Ray left me without a bathroom for weeks - luckily I have a second bathroom to use. [redacted] asked them to call me and they never do. I attempted to call to speak with someone in charge. I was told that the manager said if I persist they will turn this case to their attorney. They told me they will investigate, speak with the technician and lead technician and will call me back. But they never do.  This company agents are liar!

My response is expressed in my previous statements. I stand by my actions, and sent her payment for half of of the alleged damages.

False information from customer. It is beyond our control what a manufacturer offers as a warranty. Our company followed correct protocol and should not be publicly criticized and slandered by false speculations of the customer. We did cause her sump pump to fail nor did we manufacture the unit. The above complaint is not valid and has been previously submitted under a different name. The cause of failure was the malfunction of the pump itself not our installation. We did not install wire guards because they were not installed previously and the customer never requested them. The continuous...

malfunctions of the pump(s) were caused by the irregular well shape. If they called us instead of another company we would of corrected the situation under warranty-no charge. They did not do so and incurred an additional expense due to their own actions.

Excellent experience! Great customer service, hard working staff, would refer this company to anyone looking for a good plumber!
