Review: I purchased a one-year anniversary special in August, 2014. It was a $30 special for massage.I visited the spa with my son and his girlfriend. So those three massages totaled $90.At the same time, I purchased an additional $60 in services as a gift for my son. I paid a total of $150 with my debit card. (Tips were in cash. The desk person and the man who was there (the owner?) gave us a small paper receipt with the $60 indicated. This paper (not a gift certificate) was misplaced and I returned yesterday with a copy of my [redacted] bank statement showing this $150 charge as well as an $80+ debit to them a few days earlier when I was there and noticed the upcoming "Anniversary Special" banner in the window. When I returned yesterday, the woman said "management has changed" and refused to let me use the $60 credit toward a more expensive service. I explained in detail and showed her my bank statement that shows "Clear Day Spa" as the debit recipient. She refused to give me her full name or that of the previous manager. I am unclear if ownership has changed and she was very unpleasant and uncooperative, as though I was trying to cheat her.Desired Settlement: Delivery of service equivalent to the paid amount of $60.
