***- Plz forgive this handwritten response to your inquiry. I do not have 1st hand knowledge of what [redacted] experienced on our website when filling out his application. I do however have 1st hand knowledge of what transpired on the phone with the assistant because I happened to be in the office. [redacted] asked my assistant if she was calling him a liar- because while on the phone with him she checked the website and found no 3 brm listed as available. I distinctly heard her say " No sir I am not calling you a liar." I remember this clearly... This is not a conversation you will hear in an office! We do apologize for this misunderstanding. I will however submit a request for a refund of his application fees in the amount of $51.75 and mail to address provided. (In the interest of customer relations.) However, I first want to ensure he has not already refused the charge on his credit card which was his form of payment. If he has done this then no refund would be due. It often takes several weeks before we are informed of a reversal of chargs on credit cards. Thank you, [redacted]
Can he not just refuse the charge?I believe he paid with a credit card
