Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/01/14) */ My secretary spoke with Mr [redacted] yesterday (01/13/16) and this was the first time anyone from our office has spoken with him or had any contact with him at allWhen she spoke with him yesterday he referred to speaking to some man in our office who told him that it is for the windows to drop downI don't know of anyone who would tell a customer thatMy secretary told Mr [redacted] that she would write up a service order for this and we would get it taken care ofAlso, Mr [redacted] claims to have read some of our reviews and his issue appears to be a pattern? We do approximately jobs per year and will be the first to admit we aren't perfect but I do not believe we have excessive complaints filed against usHowever we do strive to handle issues when they arise if we know about themI'm not sure who he was talking to but we have no record of Mr [redacted] ever calling a service inAlso, there is a $service charge after the first year Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2016/01/15) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The response from Clear Choice is full of liesFirst off I spoke with the rude secretary multiple times, which is why I knew that their office changed locations last year because she said that was the reason they missed my scheduled appointmentI did not speak to a man in their office I spoke with a technician that they sent out to my homeThe claim to have no record of that, I guess their recordkeeping is as good as their installation services It appears that the reason they did not fix it last year is so that they could charge me the $service feeAs I stated in my original complaint, I have been told things in the past by this company that never came to be so why would this be any differentAs for the negative reviews I guess this so called company doesn't keep up with their Facebook pages or maybe these pages were created by the unsatisfied customers to warn othersI just wish I would have reviewed them before I had the work done I have attached photos of my windows and will be posting the same photos on social media with my reviews about Clear ChoiceI will be sending these photos to all my friends with a request that they forward them to all their friendsHopefully this will prevent Clear Choice from doing to others what they have done to me
