Contract was not fully completed and the language from who we believe is the owner was extremely hostile and vulgarSeveral attempts to contact the company by text and phone calls went unanswered

On 9-18-I got my driveway installedWhen completed the gentleman Johnny walked me around the driveway to show me the finished product which I was hesitant about beings it was just completed and he assured me that it would be fineLess then a month later I contacted Johnny (Oct10th) to inform him that there were foot print marks, parts of the driveway crumbling, and two roughly quarter size pieces of asphalt missing in the middle of my driveway by my front porch which the vehicle doesn't drive over and some standing water issues (grading) On October 11th Johnny contacted me and let me know that he had forwarded this issue to his bossOn October 23rd I contacted Johnny and asked if he knew when this issue would be addressed, and he responded the next day and stated that his boss said he would fix them no problem just wait for a warmer dayI waited patiently and contacted Johnny on November 28th and Johnny advised me to call and leave a message with the answering service which I
