Review: Clear Choice Hearing Aids Inc. advertises a "Free 60 days trial period" on the company website. Ca Song-Beverly Consumer Act provides a 30 day warranty which allows a consumer to return hearing aids within 30 days of receipt by the buyer OR completion of fitting, which ever occurs later. On 4-28-14 I purchased Oticon receiver in the canal hearing aids and a blue tooth streamer for $7600.00 from [redacted] at the Orange location, 1036 N Tustin Ave., Orange, CA. He twice adjusted the hearing aids; first on the date of purchase and again on 5-18-14, but was unable to eliminate the whistling feedback generated by the right hearing aid. [redacted] suggested experimenting with various ear tips and included the possibility of a custom earpiece at a later date. On 5-28-14 I decided that for $7600, the hearing aids and streamer are not suited to my needs and that I did not want to have to tolerate the whistling feedback noise in the right hearing aid. I left a voice message for him on 5-28-14 that I wished to return the hearing aids and followed up by both phone and email discussions the next day, 5-29-14. [redacted] does not want to refund the money despite the advertised 60 day period and CA state law requirement. He has delayed the refund and stated that the San Diego corporate office would have to review and determine the appropriate response. I returned the undamaged hearing aids and streamer to the Orange location on 5-29-14.Desired Settlement: I want Clear Choice Hearing Aid Inc to honor both their internet web advertisement and applicable CA state law by refunding the purchase price in full.

How can the Revdex.com give this company a AAA rating when they continue to use a person private information to send a barrage of unsolicited mail and then refuse to remove them from their mail list when requested
