Review: They started calling from a number in [redacted] at [redacted] saying there is legal action against me and wanted to know if I would be home tomorrow to receive the papers. Then gave me the phone number [redacted] and a "case" number. I called the number and immediately someone answers, "** & [redacted], please hold". Then got transferred to a "debt collector" saying they know who I am & were I am from, just from the number that I just called from and that I will be receiving my legal action in the mail. Won't tell me anything else. They call 2 to 3 times a day from the [redacted] number and tell me the exact same info over and over again. If I was going to be "served" papers due to legal action, a Sheriff would come to my house and serve me the papers. This is a total scam and seriously needs to be stopped from harassing hard working individuals.Desired Settlement: This business should stop harassing myself and others. Stopped from having the ability to pull up information they barely get away with to make others believe they are in some sort of trouble. This business should be SHUT DOWN for good.

Review: This company is fraudulently representing a creditor to collect a debt that doesn't exist.

The company claims they mailed on September 3 notice of debt by mail to me. I have not received anything from this company.

When speaking to company representatives, they are vague and do not provide detailed information to substantiate their claims.

This company has repeatedly denied my requests to not be contacted at work.Desired Settlement: Erase the fradulent debt from any records in my name.
