Merchant: Cascades – CulebraDates: 10/16/– 12/2/15As a result of a system error with the POS system at Cascades – Culebra, customers experiencedduplicate transactions from 10/16/to 10/20/Cascades – Culebra, submitted a request to Mercuryto process the returns in order to correct the duplicate transactionsThrough no fault of Cascades –Culebra Mercury inadvertently processed only out of the returns on 10/31/Once the issuewas brought to Mercury’s attention, it mistakenly processed the returns as sales on 11/24/Thisissue was rectified on 12/2/15, and Mercury issued two credits to the impacted customers’ accounts.We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused
In response to the above complaint, I reached out to [redacted] on behalf of CascadesI was able to completely resolve the existing issueHer credit card was assigned to a monthly recurring car wash package under a license plate that she did not recognizeOnce we had the card number, we were able to cancel the pass membership and stop any future charges to her card.Upon investigation, there was a total of $on all vehicle plate numbers for [redacted] that was unusedWe will issue a refund check in the full amount, and mail directly to the home address for [redacted] given to me via email [redacted] also stated that she would rescind the complaint with the Revdex.com, once all items were rectified If I can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me directlyThanks!
