ladies beware!!!!!
this guy will literally get in your face to try to intimidate you! he refused to give my son his plates and he tried to scare me into running off and waiting until he was ready to give him what was his! Sorry to disappoint him...wrong woman this time! ive never dealt with a bigger coward in my life!

Con artist / harsment at its finest
Contacted this dealer regarding two vehicles. Was horrible communication, committed to meeting with me asked I call that day at x time took multiple calls and texts to get Any response at all to only be told they where too busy to show me the vehicle and make a sale.. Was strung along many times told they would call me ect while I know a dealer isn't required to sell to me there communication was horrible and certainly do not recommend them to anyone.

This dealer has now because I reviewed them gone as far as attempting to nuke my phone with texts untill quote I buy from them or remove my review. I will do neither its my experience with them it's my right to post it.

I didn't buy from them because the following.

told many times that the vehicle was available, confirmed a time via text to be told to call to confirm. Took 5 calls to get someone to pick the phone up, which included one voice-mail that went unanswered, attempted Many other times to set up a day to view a vehicle to never be called or told the vehicle was not available due to it was being cleaned ect.

Communication isn't that hard and I was in no rush but because they couldn't do such I went to a diffrent dealer and got a better deal.

Update they will try to con u into buying and spam your phone if you refuse to do business with them

I financed my vehicle on 3/25/19, this vehicle was said to be in very good conditions. Since I left the dealership that same day the engine light turned on and it was leaking transmission fluid, my vehicle has nothing but problems. I took the vehicle to the owner which said he would take care of it and fix the problems. Fast forward 3.5 months and the engine light is still on and the vehicle is still leaking transmission fluid. The vehicle has had multiple problems which the owner fixed a few of them. I took the car to *** Dealership in ***; they confirmed the vehicle was leaking transmission fluid through all lines and had rotten oil and transmission pans. I spoke to the owner of Clear Auto Sales and he said he would fix all the issues. I left the vehicle for a week at the dealership and when I picked up the car it was in the same condition. I took it back to the same *** dealership where they told me the transmission line couplers were cut and replaced with hose clamps and that the oil pan and transmission pan where spray painted instead of being replaced. My vehicle has been in that shop more than 10 times for the same thing and they have never given paperwork to show what they have completed. I am a single mother of 2, that is a minority, that has a good job, that because of this issue with my vehicle that Clear Auto Sales sold me I can lose my job. I drive 35 minutes to get to work and I need a reliable car. I just want the car fixed, it is not too much to ask, but when they saw a female, they took advantage and I am not happy at all.

My name is ***, I filed a claim against Clear Auto Sales in Dartmouth, MA on 7/26/19. My claim number is ***. After my claim I received a message back from the owner stating that I can go to any service shop of my choosing free of charge as he will be paying for the repairs in my vehicle. My car has been in the shop for 4 days and the owner wants to cut curves again. After he told the *** dealership to go ahead and repair the transmission leak and engine light he is asking for a quote, the mechanics has not been able to touch the vehicle trying to get in contact with him. He says that if the amount of the quote is to high he will be taking the car and fixing it himself (in a conversation me and him has on the phone today) also told the dealership. Our agreement was that he will pay for the repairs, I mentioned clearly that I do not want him or his mechanics to work on my vehicle since the had the chance to fix it over 3.5 month now. I told him he had the vehicle for a week and previously to that the car has been in the shop more than 10 time for the same reason and the issue is still not resolved. Now he is not following his own agreement. What can I do to get this resolved? I have missed 3 days of work this week because the vehicle is in the dealership and no money for a rental. I am afraid I will get fired if I don't get this resolved.

I purchased a vehicle from this establishment, registered it ,inspected and insurance it, 30 days later *** found out they gave me a vehicle that had a bad title. Vehicle was no good! Contact them About my situation, they gave me money back for the vehicle itself but refused to reimburse me for the sales tax, inspection and other finances that I put into this vehicle. Total waste of time off from work going back and forth to *** and added stress during this purchase.

Fantastic service. Bought a 2006 *** Brian helped us. I needed a second car for my growing family and couldn't any one reputable. I reached out to Brian who informed me he could help. We saw a *** we liked and he made a few phone calls to the owner, who is also a great guy and they agreed to let me purchase it for a price I could afford. They asked me to come back in a couple days so they could make sure it was all serviced. Brand new tires, brakes, it was detailed. I cannot thank them enough. We live in boston and it was well worth the drive. Thank you to the team over at Clear Auto Sales.

I purchased my vehicle at the clear auto in Dartmouth but had to deal with the repairs at the clear auto in New Bedford. The owner of that dealership was terrible. He was rude, condescending and told me, “ he was put on this earth to make me happy.” This was said to me because I had made an appointment with him to have my car repaired and explained to him I didn’t have a ride to wait 3 hours for the vehicle while it was being repaired. This was one of other incidents that occurred. He told me he or his other employee would give me a ride home “ no problem.” I proceeded to bring my car in on the scheduled day which was 10:30am and no one was there. I called him and he decided to tell me it wasn’t his priority to give me a ride just to fix my car. I’d have to either leave the car and figure it out, wait 1/2 hour or more for him to arrive or bring the car back another day. I told him he wasn’t a man of his word and he proceeded with the absurd remark of “ his mother put him on this earth to make me happy.” I’ve never in my life been treated in such a manner by a dealership!

I signed for a vehicle on July 3 until this day have not received possesion of vehicle also have 1000 cash down and they registered the vehicle and refused to give me plates when I asked for money back from deposit they have me a check for 590 sms the voided registration I'm unable to get the 410 dollars back die to the business keeping my plates. They've refused to text, talk or answer my calls I'm out a vehicle a instrument and 410 dollars

This issue had been resolved, unfortunately the delay was out of had due to massive number of cars that we sold at the week of July 15th that delayed our service department, In order to achieve the best customer satisfaction we decided for *** to get a different vehicle since the one she picked was going to take few more days for parts which was ordered. Finally *** had made a great decision and bought another car with low miles for a price that less than our cost just to keep her happy; therefore she will be contacting Revdex.com very soon for an update on this matter.

Purcahed a 2006 *** mini-van. Traded in two cars for this vanplus $5500.00. Drove this car off the lot and would not pass state inspection. Dealer will not work with me on the isses with the van.

It has come to our attention that Mr. *** as claimed wrong-doing on our behalf. I assure you that Mr. signed and read very carefully the warranty info on his vehicle. Furthermore, we had numerous conversations in regards to this; one was a documented text that I will attach. Lastly, Mr. never came in afterwards just text my PERSONAL cell phone, not the store, not the garage, just my phone at 6 AM once. I have attached both the bill of sale that he signed and read over as well as a text conversation where I stated we aren't fixing the issues we had already agreed to that deal. We took $2400.00 off the price because he said he couldn't let his wife find out he was buying it for this price. Part of the price being reduced we said "we can sell it for 5500 but we cant fix the tires and door". He agreed he signed and he drove away happy. I have attached the bill of sale where he signed and read the words "TIRES AND DOOR MECHANISM NOT COVERED" and I have also attached the very short text conversation where I state we aren't fixing the tires and he agreed.
