Review: Monday June ** 2013 I went to Clean-tech Cleaners to have a dress cleaned .The person waited on me said it would be ready by Wednesday June **, Wednesday I went to pick-up my dress ,I noticed it didn't look like my dress I said to the person who waited on me the at is not my dress ,she said this is the only dress we have ,because the dress was the same color as my dress I took it paid $8.00 and left the cleaners. When I arrived home I exam the dress look at the label and saw [redacted] I knew for sure that was not my dress because I brought my dress from [redacted] and the dress was a maxi the dress I brought was short not a maxi . I called the cleaners and said the the dress I had was not mine ,he said bring it back tomorrow . The next day I returned with the dress the owner said that was the only dress she had but to come back later that day . When I returned I was told she wasn't there . June [redacted] I saw the owner sweeping the sidewalk , I said Good Morning did you find my dress ? She said that was the only dress she had and walked away . A few minutes later I heard shouting in the back of the cleaners . The person who waited on me June ** said to me this is the only dress we have . I said I am calling the Police and Revdex.com ,this is not right . He answered by saying you can do whatever you want .Desired Settlement: I want to be compensated for the lost of my dress and the store to refund the 8.00 I paid to have someone else dress cleaned .Thank You [redacted]
