Review: When I submit an order online for this CleansePro and Garcinia, I was not informed of the 14 days or else we get charged $79.95. That's fine. I will eat my mistake. I called back in September after learning of the charges to cancel. The phone # was the same for both product. When I call the number, it mentioned that my account was cancelled. Garcinia was never shipped again nor charged my credit card but was surprised when I see the CleansePro. I thought this bottle was for the $79.95 charge. I never opened the package. I saw another package again last night. So I decided to check my credit card. I was a dummy and did not check my statement earlier. I call the phone # on my statement and again the first message read was that my account was cancelled. I dial a 0 to talk to the operator and learned that my account was not cancelled. I mentioned then why does the message said it was. Anyway, she said I had to call to cancel. I did back in September and confirmed again this morning. I told her that I put on both packages Return to Sender and dropped them off in the mailbox. I would like my credit card credited. She said she can't do that and can only do 15% and that is not authorized return. I couldn't get through to her so I just hung up and called my credit card company to block all future charges from this company and dispute the charges of $85.90 for 9/10 and $85.90 for 10/10.Desired Settlement: I just want my $85.90 credited to my account for 9/10 and $85.90 credited to my account for 10/10. Like I said I will eat up the first charge $79.95 but not for the second and third subsequent charge to those 2 bottles that I never opened.

Hello,
Review: I ordered 2 products offline. Garcinia Advanced and Cleanse Pro. I was made to believe I canceled both orders a month ago, when I called the 1888 customer service # that was on the brochure. I canceled due to shock of the prices of the products and dis-satisfaction with the products. Then today received the CleansePro again and charged for it. Product had the same brochure as before that came with the Garcinia Advanced. Called the same 1888 customer service # I called a month prior and was told he couldn't do anything I had to call another #. Called the other # and was told I could not ship the bottle back for a refund. And was told it was basically my fault I did not know I was suppose to call separately to cancel this order. Was told they were 2 different companies. But when I got on the Revdex.com site and looked up both names, they both had the same address. So that was a lie. Why would they both be on the same brochure I received with the products? It does not state on the brochure they are separate products. They have multiple numbers to call for information but only one customer service # and 1 address listed that isn't even the one Revdex.com has listed. Both representatives I called today stated they were 2 different companies that was why I was suppose to call 2 different numbers to cancel auto shipment. I feel mis-lead not only on the prices and that I thought I canceled both products a month ago by calling the 1888 customer service # on the brochure, but that I was being told the reason I was being charged again and sent the product again was because there was another # I was suppose to call because they were 2 different companies, but in actuality they are not. So obviously they weren't 2 separate companies, but was told so. The 2nd rep said she will take me off of autoship but could not refund my money, even though I was not informed a month ago that I was not canceling both orders and that I was suppose to call another # to cancel CleansePro.Desired Settlement: I want to send back the un-opened bottle I just received and get my money back and never deal with them again.

Hello,
Review: On October 23 I placed an order for a trial of Garcinia Camborgia and Cleanse Pro it stated pay shipping and handling on each and you could cancel with in I believe 14 day owed nothing otherwise you would be charged $89.95. I received the products on October 27 and this morning October 28 I called the 1-888-774-1430 number to cancel this was an automated system and after it confirmed the cancellation #[redacted] a recording said I would be charged $42.71 for the product. I waited and press 0 for the operator after several minutes a person who could barely speak English so I was unable to understand her name asked me to hold while she accessed my account when she finally got back on the line she said that the product was not free and I could return the product if I liked. I have not used this product and will be returning But a charge has already be deducted from my bank account for $42.71. I will go to the bank and have this charge challenged. I just want to make other consumers aware of this scam.Desired Settlement: I just want this unauthorized charge removed from my bank account.

Hello,
Review: I ordered a trail of Garcinia advanced around 10:30 am on 10/23/2014 and 10 min later I called to cancel and was told I couldn't cancel, Called back to talk to a supervisor and it said " if you want to cancel your order press 1" I did. Shortly after that I got an e-mail stating that I would owe $42.71 for the full supply. I called again to ask how they could charge me for a full supply when I called to cancel the trail size of $4.95!! They said when I pressed 1 that it cancelled my trial size and upgraded it to full supply for $42.71. I was irate and told them I would not pay for something I did not order and trial that I had cancelled. The charges are still on my Discover card and so far, I have not received anything from them. I was planning on refusing delivery when it comes but NOTHING has been sent to me.Desired Settlement: Refund

Hello,
The customer called our company after ordering our product on 10/23/2014. Our representatives voided her transactions; therefore, the customer was never charged.
Review: I ordered the free trial of Cleanse Pro. Not even 30 minutes passed, and I realized I didn't want to deal with the jumping through hoops to cancel the trial. Therefore I called to cancel and ask them not to even ship it to me. The shipping charge was $5.95. They claimed that they couldn't cancel the shipment, when it had only been ordered 30 minutes ago! So they said I had to return the shipment at my expense within 15 days (when I clearly haven't even received it yet, since the order was placed only 30 minutes before). How can you not completely cancel an order 30 minutes after it being placed? I fear the item won't even get to me and I'll be able to ship back in time and they'll charge me for it when I don't even want it to be sent to me!
I am having the same problem with the company's line of Garcinia Advanced. There I actually requested to talk to a supervisor, but they kept saying one wasn't available, and I asked for a call back but have yet to receive one.Desired Settlement: I didn't want to be charged for the shipment as well as the return shipping since I called to cancel only 30 minutes after placing the order. No company ships an item out that fast. I would like a credit for both charges, and I would like to be assured that if I don't receive the item to return it in time, the 15 days will be extended.

Hello,
Review: : I ordered the product online for a FREE trial period. I was sent a 30 day supply after paying shipping and handling. Upon receipt of the product, there was no paperwork enclosed. When I contacted the company, they gave me the run around about Terms and Conditions. I asked why the paperwork was not sent with the product since it was very misleading. The representative just kept repeating the same line about terms and conditions. I told them that I was going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com because this was a scam and they offered no refund. I told them that they needed to refund the full amount. They just kept repeating the same thing over and over again about terms and conditions. I informed them that I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund. I want the company to be required to send a letter stating the cancellation terms with the product when it is shipped.

Hello,
Review: The Terms and Conditions of the company state: If You are not satisfied with the Product and wish to cancel future deliveries of the Product, You must call Our Customer Service Department toll-free at 888-774-1430 prior to the expiration of the Trial Period (before day fourteen) and cancel Your order. There is no further obligation once cancelled.
Upon cancelling, I was informed that I must pay for shipping myself to send back the un-used portion or I will be charged $79.95. This information should be given before signing up for the free trial, not after the fact. I would not have signed up knowing that I would have to pay additional fees.Desired Settlement: No fee for return shipping.

Hello,
Review: When I made my free 14 day trial purchase for the Cleanse Pro (like I did with Garcinia Advanced-which is the same company) I was unaware that I was going to be automatically charged $79.95 immediately after my trial ended. When I signed up for my free trial nowhere did I give permission to be set up on a recurring monthly payment and I did not authorize for them to withdrawal this from my checking account. I sent them several emails, and received no response. I also called their customer service line and was told that I was not going to be refunded and then my call was either disconnected or the customer rep hung up on me. I then called back immediately (during their business hours) and got a recording saying their call center was closed. Ultimately I was charged $79.95 for the Cleanse Pro and $89.95 for the Garcinia Advanced (which I also submitted a separate claim for), which I was told I would not be refunded.Desired Settlement: $79.95 for the Cleanse Pro$89.95 for the Garcinia Advanced

Review: Cleanse pro provides a trial period of the product -- the small print is of courseis the usual you can cancel after the trail period -- if not you will be auto shipped the product . I had a death in the family and forgot to cancel the auto shipment -- the shipment came with no paperwork -- just the product in a shipping bag - I cancelled on the phone , sent the confirmation of the the original order and the product back to them via USPS -- the shipping cost me $6.00.
I saw the charge on my credit card and awaited the credit.
I did not see the credit after checking this week several times and speaking with the representative ( the number is deceiving for customer service -- it an auto voice -- it does not offer a live person. This was found out by the email that I sent the company .
They are refusing to refund me the money for the product even tho I returned it . They are telling me I needed "permission" an RMA #to return the product . I feel that I sent plenty of identifying info along with the product .
They continue to refuse my refund even tho they have an unopened bottle of the product -- This like stealing !! How many others have done this and they pocketed the money and still have the product back to them !! I can not be the first !!Desired Settlement: I expect refund -- the product is useless to me -- I am allergic to it contents -- I will also contact the Food and Drug -- what is really in these products??

Hello,
Review: I made my free 14 day trial purchase for Cleanse Pro and I was unaware that I was going to be automatically charged $79.95 immediately after the trail ended. The product arrived with one piece of information regarding diet and no shipping or return information. I never gave permission to be set up on a recurring monthly payment and I did not authorize for them to charge my Discover card. I tried to send an e-mail to [email protected] - but it was undeliverable. I tried to call 888-774-1430 and received an automated voice mail indicating my order has been cancelled and then I get disconnected. I would like to return this product - but again, that information was not provided when the product was received. I think the address may be [redacted] Abercorn St., Unit [redacted] Savannah, GA or [redacted] Culver Drive #[redacted], Irvine, CA. Not sure where to send it. I want my full refund as I believe this company practices false advertising and insufficient means to communicate with them.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $79.95 issued to my Discover Card.

Hello,It was stated in the terms and conditions that the
customer would be charged $79.95 for the trial bottle if they didn't cancel
before the 14 days was over. The customer is automatically signed onto our
monthly subscription until they call in and ask to cancel the product. After
the customer finishes their 30 day supply of the product, they will be charged
on the card on file a total of $85.90 for the bottle and shipping and handling.
Usually, the customer must receive and RMA number from the customer service
department to return the product and they will then receive a refund. We have refunded a total of $169.90 on 12/4/2014. Credit will be posted within 3-5 business days.Cleanse [email protected] (888) 774-1430
Review: I ordered Cleanse Pro online for a promotional price of $5.95. I was charged $79.95 two weeks later and locked into auto-renew. Nowhere in their material or e-mail confirmation did it state this would happen. If I was aware of this, I would not have signed up. I contacted customer service regarding their sister product Garcinia Advanced and was dissatisfied with their response. I chose to call the phone number listed on my confirmation email and use the automated system to cancel my membership with Cleanse Pro as it would be a waste of my time to speak with customer service since I already planned on submitting a complaint to the Revdex.com regarding Garcinia Advanced.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $79.95 to my debit card, cancellation of membership, and no further charges

Hello,
Review: iIordered a trail sample as they advertise, in which they sent me a full months supply instead and charged me full price on the 14th day , I called on the 14th day to cancel and still got a full months charge....
they will only refund if I return the whole product back... wheres the trial that they advertise.....Desired Settlement: I suggest they change there policy and only send what I requested which was the trial size and not the full months supply.. I think it's false advertisement to send you a full month supply when you are asking for a trial size and then charge you full price for something I didn't request....

Hello,
Review: I ordered a product in August from Cleanse pro, which involved 2 bottles of pills. I did a "free 14-day" trial and as I assumed, they did charge me for the next month: 9/16/2014, 2 amounts: $94.90 and another amount, $85.90. Apparently in my terms of agreement I agreed some 30-day trial fee of $85.90. Ok, I basically got screwed about $200 out of this company. THEN I see another charge for $94.90 debited to my account on 10/16/2014 AFTER I cancelled and received an email of my cancellation on 9/16/2014. I have tried to contact "customer service" which is a phone number with no humans and I continuously get a recording saying, "you product has been cancelled and you will no longer receive products" and that is it. Here is the email thread with their "customer service" via email:
CLEANSE PRO: Dear jennifer jones,
Thank you for using Cleanse Pro Monthly Autoship. This email is to inform you that your subscription status has been recently updated and any ongoing or all future charges have been cancelled as per your request.
If you have any questions about the cancellation of this subscription, or if you would like to re-activate the same in the future, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team.

ME: I called the number and all I get is the option to cancel so there is no service department. No humans. I was charged for 2 items and received 1. I received the garcinia but not the gold cleanse. I want $85.90 directed back into my account immediately or I will contact the Revdex.com. And I see this was debited also: On 10/16 after I cancelled! I need this debited back as well. I need to speak with a a human and you owe me $180.80
I am running out of characters...but I still have no resolution as to why I have an additional charge from my debit card. I did NOT authorized this additional amount, nor did authorize the other amounts.Desired Settlement: I think that Cleanse Pro has very shady practices. I have had approximately $275 taken out of my account for a ridiculous product. At the minimum, which I think I am totally allowed is the $94.90 for this order in October (10/16) that I DO NOT WANT, because I cancelled the product in September (9/16). At maximum, which I think I am allowed, due to their shady practices would be $275. And I think they should have some repercussions due to their A) shadiness B) a fake customer service # 1-888-774-1430 and C) b/c of the time and hassle I am having to go through when they could've easily rectified this issues.

Hello,
Review: CleansePro has been advertising a trial issue for their product but hiding the fact that the trial is only for the first 14 days and not disclosing that you will be billed a charge of $79.95 if you don't cancel within that first 14 days. When you call their offices they say this is clearly shown when you sign up for the trial which is not true. The only way you find it is by searching through the terms link which is often buried away. It should be clearly shown that this is a 14 day trial. Their operators said both times when I called that it is assumed that you look in that area.Desired Settlement: My goal was to receive full credit back to my credit card which they would not offer.
