I am writing to warn other consumers of the rude, thoughtless regard by the manager of Premier Roofing CA, Inctowards his customers and the companies outrageous charges ($to replace one (1) trim tile)
During a recent storm, we had one (1) tile fall from the roofThere is easy access to the location and should have been repaired easilyPer their invoice it says "Found missing trim tileRepaired by installing one (1) new trim tile and applying mortar (cement)." For replacing one tile they charged $
So, I called and spoke to a nice young lady shortly after receiving the billShe said she would have *** *** return my callHe never didI continued calling and she told me *** would get back to me but he was in a meeting, but he would talk to the owner and see if an adjustment could be madeI called for two months and finally *** apparently got around to having the bill reduced and to my amazement he took my call I wanted to get the bill paid before December 31, (It was now the middle of January
When I told him how much of my time he had wasted by not returning calls and not doing what he said he was going to do, such as email a revised invoice, he became very rude instead of thanking me for my input to the lack of customer service, he refused to tell me what the amount of the revised invoice wasAnd, of course, he never sent it
So, here it is, would you pay $to have one trim tile replaced? I think not
Do you want to repeatedly follow up on an issue for two months , when it could have been resolved and finalized in a day? I think not
Do you as a busy person want to deal with a small matter like this for two months, just because someone is a rude unprofessional manager? I think not
