I have used the CD location@ 159th st in Orland park ill for several years. Some items were not done right and had to be redone. 3 weeks ago I dropped off my police jacket with a few dirty areas on the lower edges of the jacket. Picked it up with same stains in the same places. Was told it would be redone and they were sorry. Picked up 3 days later and jacket was ruined. A large area in the middle of the jacket looked like someone had used a strong bristle brush and scrubbed it until the finish was damaged. After several phone calls and having filled out a paper complaint, I was told by the Mgr Manny that the owner had tested the coat and I had put oil on it and they could not fix it, my fault....case closed. Oil area was not there after first cleaning. Jacket not worn and returned to be decorated...how is this my fault. A used jacket will cost me $150.00. C.d. Stands for "c h e a p l y d o n e " avoid these poor quality stores

This cleaners lost my beautiful jacket that I brought in to the store in Countryside on Brainard Avenue. I went to pick up and clerk gave me the wrong order... I said my order was a red jacket. Well they looked for it and it just disappeared! I am very dissatisfied with this company- it is not the only justified complaint I have had with them. This was clearly their mistake and they admitted that to me. Then, they want to give me 30$ for a 100$ jacket! I told them absolutely not... I have not heard anything back from them... that’s real great customer service...do not deal with this company..ever...

This is an amazing cleaners the staff goes out of their way to make sure that their customers are happy

I informed the female employee that I wanted my pants a 32 inch lengh also I wanted the cuff taken out. 5 days later I went back to pick up my pants only to find out th a t they charged me $8.00 to t a ke the hem out and not take the pants up to the lenght that irequested which was 32 inch I have been going to cd cleaners for 8 years I think they are very professional. I just wish they would work with me
