her home for her first cleaning on December **, 2013. Before the cleaning even occurred, we went over and beyond to accommodate her extremely precise schedule. Our team leader, [redacted], who was cleaning [redacted]’s home has been working for me for over four years, had brought to my attention that [redacted] has very high expectations, which we made every effort to meet.
We cleaned [redacted]’s home thoroughly on three occasions. [redacted] was extremely thorough and listened to [redacted]’s requests. We were more than accommodating with [redacted], and she even stated that she was happy with [redacted]. We addressed [redacted]’s needs and concerns in a fair matter, and for the three times we did clean her home, we had exchanged several e-mails back and forth and even credited her for dissatisfaction on one visit, which we agreed upon.
We stressed to [redacted] that it’s important to keep a consistent bi-weekly, (not bi-monthly as indicated in letter), schedule to maintain the dust level in her home. We baselined the dust level and were never able to achieve a consistent dust-free environment due to the inconsistency of her scheduled cleanings.

Tell us why here..We cleaned [redacted]’ home on June **, 2017. We had gone over payment terms as well as scheduling continuous cleanings before that day. [redacted] had a $50 coupon that she used for this day. She gave us a time restraint of 2 hours. That means regardless of how much the home...

needed to be cleaned, we were only able to do our best within the 2-hour timeframe. Cleaning total for that day was $240, we subtracted the $50 coupon, so she paid $190 total. [redacted] was home during the cleaning, and we had told her to please walkthrough the home afterwards to ensure that everything was done to her satisfaction. We received an email right after the ladies left stating that they did an “okay” job. We followed up, and later, I spoke to Lori. We pride ourselves in our work and our goal is for our clients to be fully satisfied. We do not offer refunds, as the ladies work hard and the job was completed as described. However, we did offer to return to the home to finish what was not able to be done. Lori did not  want to continue services.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[redacted]’s response to my complaint is inaccurate and I have all the documentation to prove so.

She begins by stating that she had to accommodate my “extremely precise schedule”.  I am the client and that is what a business [redacted] is supposed to do.  Secondly, before I gave [redacted] the job, she was more than happy to accommodate my rotating schedule at work.

I did not feel comfortable  leaving the team alone with my dog and also I felt I needed to be there to supervise the job and point out things they were missing.  [redacted] also stated that the team leader stated I “had very high expectations”, well if dusting my furniture is having “very high expectations” then [redacted]’s work standards are lower than I previously thought.  Her statement regarding me not being on a bi-weekly schedule is false.  I was SCHEDULED for a cleaning 2 weeks after my previous cleaning, Dec. [redacted], and no one showed up to clean my house that day.  I waited an hour past the 2 hour window for the team to arrive.  THAT is why I had to wait another  2 weeks putting me on her so-called bi-monthly schedule.

I don’t know what [redacted] was referring to when she stated she " couldn’t maintain a dust free environment due to the inconsistency of my cleanings”.  If a piece of furniture is dusted on a particular day it is dust free.  My furniture was not dusted properly , EVER,  when cleaned to perfection cleaned my house. I emailed [redacted] every time the team left voicing my dissatisfaction in their workmanship.

On January **, 2014 [redacted] writes, “I am truly aware that one of my team members was not being thorough and I have taken swift action to stop this from being a problem moving forward as a business [redacted] I do take pride in my employees level of workmanship”.That email was sent to me after the last time my the team was at my house.  That statement expresses [redacted]’s admission  to me that her team member was not doing a through job.

I am not accepting [redacted]’s gift certificate to clean my house and I wish to continue to pursue this complaint.

Sincerely,

Review: I hired "cleaned to perfection" cleaning service to clean my home on a bi monthly basis. The [redacted] came to my home, talked to me about how my home would be cleaned and promised it would be cleaned to my satisfaction. That service was never carried out. As written in my emails to the [redacted] and her associate each time the cleaning team was at my home, I pointed out how my furniture was NOT dusted, how the vacuuming was quick and superficial. I asked them to move objects in order to dust and to vacuum under beds and my requests went ignored despite asking the team while they were in my home and also asking the [redacted] to make sure this is taken care of. How do you clean a home and never dust the furniture? Their work was quick and sloppy and 2 of the girls were super lazy, nonchalantly vacuuming around area rugs and shoes. Dec. [redacted] I had a scheduled cleaning and I waited at home for over 3 hours and no one ever showed up or called. I was completely dissatisfied with the service I received or should I say didn't receive. I was extremely patient with the team, continuously showing them things and trying to help them but they just rushed out of my house every time they were here and barely cleaned a thing. The cleaning service came to my home 3 times.Desired Settlement: I would like to be financially compensated and reimbursed for the money I paid.
