Clean Sweep House Cleaning

Requested service from Clean Sweep on a Saturday morning, was told they had employees in the area and we could expect service in about an hour (noon). Called back about 20 minutes later and said they were delayed and service would be at 12:30. At 12:45, with no one still on site and no call for update, I called Clean Sweep and spoke to [redacted] (who claimed to be the owner when speaking to my wife earlier) and requested service be cancelled. She asked me to wait while she called to see where they were and I politely declined, stating we didn't have enough time...and she hung up on me without another word. HORRIBLE manners and customer service from this company. I will never call them again, nor recommend anyone to use them with this sort of attitude.
