Review: There is absolutely no hot water in their washers when you select "Hot water" option. I've been going to that laundromat for the past 8 months or so, and every-time I got the same results. I am not even talking about lukewarm water, there is not even a sign of anything warm or something resembling warm. It is straight up cold, may I say pretty, pretty darn cold. It seems like Clean Rite Center has a history of not providing properly heated water in their washers. About 8 years ago or so they had a laundry at [redacted]., well, it had the same problem. Though I must add, it was at least somewhat lukewarm. When we told employee of the problem we were told there is nothing that they can do, since it is management/owners who set the temperature. They later sold it into private hands, guess what, same story.
Obvious thing is, they want to save money on gas bill by not having their water heated 24/7 with the proper temperature setting. Inexcusable when you pay money for hot water, but instead you got ice cold one.
I would hope that you will fix the problem, but I will not hold my breath. Knowing that this tactic dates back pretty much to a decade. Shame on you.

Review: On April [redacted] 2013 aprrox. 6:30 am I went to pick up my two bags of laundry that I had dropped off to be washed. I waited behind the counter for about 20 mins and even knocked on the bathroom door and employees door with no answer. I took both my laundry tickets and money and put it up to the camera and left it behind the camera and took one of my laundry bags and two bags of mine that were in a clear bag and held them up to the camera. When I returned home and pulled the laundry out of the bags I discovered that almost all of my 2 year old and 10 year old clothes were missing. Along, with most of my wife's clothing and a few of my own clothing. Also, 3 bath towels, 2 fitted crib sheets and 2 fleece blankets. I immediately returned to the laundry mat and the girl who I spoke who was very polite says she was the one that washed my family's clothes and she remembered because she had to stay late to finish it because there was a lot of clothes. The employee checked the stores tickets and said they only had one ticket even though I bought in two tickets one for each bag of clothes that I had dropped off. She said that was strange considering she knew we had two bags of clothes. The employee said she would get in contact with the owner and took my phone number down. The owner has yet to call me till this day. I have gone back numerous times along with calling and I was told by the manager of the store a week later that the owner will give me $300.00 for the missing clothes. I told the manager that I would all my stuff back because someone must have it and all the missing items is more than $300.00. I also asked if the owner even bothered to watch the tape on the video surveillance camera since I was told by the employee the are recorders and saved for a month. The manager told me no the owner hasn't looked at the tape. I asked for the owner to call me. Since April [redacted] I have yet to receive a phone call from anyone or gotten my family's clothing. I was using this laundry mat for two years without a problem until now.Desired Settlement: I was hoping to get back mine and my family's belongings back but since its been over a month and I haven't even received a phone call I know that isn't possible. I would like a settlement for all the missing clothing and bedding and towels that were lost.
