Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have proof that they did recover the car and also that they threatened my husband with violenceWe want the contact to stop, we no longer have the vehicle and they are now continuing to harrass us.? Sincerely, [redacted]

This is not actually the way this happenedThe customer came in asking for paperwork that is not my responsibilty to provide in the first place, I keep this paperwork in storage for the safety of personal information and other reasonsI explained this to Mrs***, I told her that I couldn't access that paperwork and she threatened the company with a lawyerC&L instructed her to bring me a release of interest to sign and she failed to do soMy company is not responsible for a person being unorganized and losing their titleThe Clean Machine signed and released the title to Mrs***, she failed to take the title to the DMV and have the company's name removed from the title (as is policy Clean Machine LLC does not pay for name transfers)She then lost the title and now is trying to blame my company for her multiple issuesThis should not result in a Revdex.com complaint, it is a simple case of someone not being organized enough to keep track of their own paper workI will gladly sign Mrs [redacted] release of interest for her all she has to do is provide me with the vin and information on the carIf she had ever brought this paperwork in as instructed in the first place I would have gladly signed it then

This Customer was a family friend, They bought the vehicle from us on PaymentsThe Vehicle was purchased on 6-the first payment was due July They didnt make a payment until October and the next month they made a half paymentNo payments have been made since thenThe customer states the
vehicle was barely running but they moved to California as well as Nevada and drove the car to both places, Hundreds of milesThey also drove the car back here a month ago when they moved back to Washington hundreds more milesThe customer owes us a total of $4,and have not made any effort to pay or to return the carEfforts to reposess the car have been futile as the block it in, hide it on private property as well as move with it out of stateThey are still in posession of the carThe Customer had someone call L&I on them as her husband is working with no licenses or permits and they seem to think it was me that did itI have never called L&I on anyone and did not call them on this customerYesterday My secretary received a call from *** *** stating that me calling L&I on him didnt work for him and When the Revdex.com gets ahold of me we will see how well it works for meWe have hired a Lawyer for Slander, defamation and loss of income due to their constant slander of my business on the internet as well as telling people we are violent and threatening themAll we want is our vehicle returned and to wash our hands of the dealings with these crazy peopleThe Customer tried to arrange a fight with my son, stating that Washington was a mutual consent state and tried multiple times to get my son to meet him and fight himThese customers are trying get a free car by continuously posting bad reviews and now by involving the Revdex.comThese claims are all falseI have already contacted my local Revdex.com agent and she is aware of the situationThis is a simple case of someone not making their payments and trying to threaten my livelihood in the hopes that I will stop trying to recover my vehicle
