Clean Image Car Wash & Detail

I had a car detail done and they peeled the clear coat off my car with the buffer I brought it back to show them and the manager was rude and told me they didn't do it I even got a second opinion from another detail place and they said it was burned from the buffer

I use to go to this car wash which charges much more for a complete (inside and out) cleaning of my carI went a couple days ago and paid $for what I believed to be this complete inside and out cleaningThey had a board outside listing everything they do for the outside and I assume as usual, that the price included the inside as in the pastI was surprised to discover that this has changedI ended up paying $for a wash that I can get elsewhere for $3-$dollarsThey failed to display these changes plus the outside was not even done all that well I asked for either a refund or additional work on the inside and was told that they would do that for another $I consider this a very unsatisfactory experience and would never returnManagement there was poor as well
