Our cleaners informed that the dish washer was overflowingWe gave them directions to clean the area around and they did itThey reported the activated the dish washer with the soap that was already places into the machineAfter following up with the customer she said that the soap was applied by
the cleaners and that the cleaning was not satisfactoryThe next day our project manager visited the property to visually inspect the situationConsidering the cleaning was not satisfactory and the client had a gathering the night of the service we offer $for the inconvenient of not having her house ready for her gatheringShe declined our offer and said that we our crew intentionally cause the damage in her house and advise that she was going to take action The soap was already in the machine which our crew only turn on

I am rejecting this response because: We are working with our local police department and an attorney to resolve this issue Clean House Colorado has numerous complaints on *** as well as Revdex.com It is a true indicator of of how they treat their customers Absolutely horrible experience and a damaged kitchen to go along with it now
