I made an appointment for a deep cleaning before we moved into our new homeHouse was completely empty so this should have been an easy dealI showed the two cleaning ladies around the house giving them a tour of every room They told me they'd be done in hoursI told them I'd come back before they leaveI got a call hours later from the company saying the ladies were done and they left I hurried over and got to the new house within minutes The door was unlocked, no big dealI got there fastNot only was the house still dirty, (refrigerator and stove were crusty, floors still had spider webs) I went into every single room one by oneWhen I got to the basement bedroom, I noticed a few very large, deep scratchesThose were not there prior to the cleaning ladies cleaning I immediately called them and after giving me the run around, they finally put the manager on the phone She agreed to come to the house within a couple of days and I took the day off to be there
