Mr W*** we have never had a conversation about the roots and if we did I would have been more than happy that day when I was there to clean the main line if you wanted it done that day but you did not , and we did not have that conversation ! I clean the floor drain that day you paid me $100 months later your main line backs up and that's a total different line then your floor drain sir and any plumbing company and any sewer and Drain Company would be doing the same thing as me ! But trying to get something for free months after I was there is not right you know it I know it and anybody else knows it please try to have a blessed day and I wish you all the best

There is no contract and no warranty. What this customer is not saying is that four to five months ago I was at his residence and I did in fact clean a floor drain ! After I was paid for the floor drain I left which should have been the end but 4 to 5 months later he calls me and says his main...

line is backing up I respond with he would have to pay for the mainline from the house to the street because I only cleaned the floor drain line Had he calls me a week later 2 weeks later with this I would have went over there and cleared up the problem but he waited till his main line from the house to the street to back up which is not my problem because again I only clean the floor drain line not the main line and I'm not responsible for any root growth in the main line ! so what's next his laundry tub is going to back up and I'm responsible for that too five six months later this is getting to be a little ridiculous again Mr. Wright have a great day and I wish you the best.

I am rejecting this response because:
The roots were present when Bob inspected my house. (Had them cleared in February after he would not) the roots were significant enough to cause drainage issues even after he left. I requested Bob to look at the main drain because I believed it was a root problem but he refused and said it was something else. Roots do do not grow that significantly from October to February (they are dormant during that time). I have been contacted by other reputable business sources in the North End neighborhood of Saint Paul that he is known to have not complete a job (say it is something other than the real problem) then collect his money to never "warranty" his work again (not complete the work and take the easy route). I would like like a full reimbursement due to the work never being finished.
