Company states: Consumer contacted me and said that the concrete settled in one of those corners. I am going to reach out to the consumer and hopefully swing by today to address his concerns.

Review: We paid $5,360.00 to have them put in new landscaping in the backyard. Shortly after they finished an expensive tree that they planted died. The contractor admitted that it was his fault and that he would replace the tree. That was two months and he has yet to do the work. For the last three weeks he has not returned my numerous calls. On July 21st I went by his office and left him a note saying that if he did not replace the tree immediately that I was going to file a complaint. No response.Desired Settlement: Todd needs to contact me and we work this out. No more avoiding me or stalling.

I contacted [redacted] and we settled everything. I had only charged him $87.00 for the tree as it turned out. He ended up installing a new tree the other day. I gave him $100.00 to cover the tree. He is ok and said that he will contact you guys to let you know. Thank you for the heads up and for your time.

Review: The concrete is significantly sinking and uneven and creates a tripping hazard. I've been trying to resolve with the owner but he has been unresponsive.Desired Settlement: I would like the concrete repaired.
