Clean Cut Builders

Review: Mr. [redacted] and his crew installed 6 windows for me under the Clean Cut Builders Co. name. They were all to be equivalent to [redacted]' weather beater and meet the specs for the [redacted] rebate program.In order to qualify for [redacted], I need the Uv factor for each window and an official invoice of window sizes etc. Mr. [redacted] said he would get those to me or fax them to the power co.(He has done neither)All the windows are as expected with the exception of the kitchen garden window. I am not sure if the window was installed incorrectly or if it is the wrong window , but- it leaks cold air like an open door.Mr. [redacted] has been unresponsive to our phone calls asking him to come look at the window. It just so happens that this garden window and the bathroom window did not have UV stickers and Mr. [redacted] was going to drop them off for me so I could submit my application for my rebate. He has not done that eitherDesired Settlement: What I would like Mr. [redacted] to do is:Come to check why the window is leaking-was he given the wrong window??-- Then replace. Was it installed incorrectly? --Then redo the installation.I also need him to get an official invoice to me with the exact window sizes and cost of all windows -he gave me a hand written one, and it is not acceptable-I also need the stickers for the bathroom and kitchen windows. If he contacts me I can give him the fax number for the power company as well as my app. #
