Clean City Laundry Depot

Review: I his is my second negative experience with this business. My first experience was a dropped off. When we got our clothes back most of the clothes was not ours and when we returned to inquired about our clothes they said once someone returns them we were going to get it.. Thank experience was enough for me to stop dropping off the clothes.. My second negative experience was due to a machine that stop functioning while my clothes were in the middle of the wash. I told the employee about the issue she stated u had to wait about 10 minutes for the water to drain and repay to get the machine to do a second rinse. Mind you I had already added an extra rinse and when I originally set the machine to wash. Once again they asked me for my number so the business owner can refund me but this was never the case.. I refuse to wash there due to their lack of professionalism and lack of customer value. I hope people stop supporting this business that don't value our hard earned money..
