Clean Air/Clean Water Systems

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS POOR QUALITY SERVICE CLEAN AIR/CLEAN WATER SYSTEMS
While watching the home of a client, I was given the responsibility of seeing that a technician from this company show up on the scheduled day and time and repair the water purifying unit at this home.
The company called to change days and times and I said that would be fine. The day came and they did not show up. I called and asked to keep the appointed day and time since the technician did not show up. The manager whom I spoke with said he would speak with this technician and have him show up on original appointed time. The day came and went and the technician DID NOT show. I called and spoke with the manager again who said he would call his technician and call me back within 15 minutes. Nothing. No call back, no technician.
I try to call the next day and the mailbox on the phone is full, so I send and email asking them to please contact me in the next couple days because the clients I work for have been gone for two weeks now and are due home and this Clean Air/Clean Water Systems, LLC has still failed to show up.
They have been paid in full upfront for this service and not showing for appointments and not calling is very poor quality service.
