BAD COMPANY!
I put down a deposit in Oct. for a small siding job. They still have my deposit, and the job never was done. It's to my understanding they have a lot of deposits that has not been returned, and jobs not done. This is theft in my mind. They need to make it right with all the customers they basically SCREWED ...

On 4/23/2019 I paid CLE Door $450 to install a *** garage door opener with *** technology. The unit I received does not work with my phone or my wife's phone. Prior to the Memorial Day holiday Matt and Josh tried to fix but could. Josh promised they would come back after the holiday with a complete new unit. That didn't happen. Matt came two weeks later with a different logic board. That only made things worse. Now the opener will not connect to my car. I have given Matt my email address on a couple different occasions and he will not give me a receipt. It has been over 3 months.

In regards to my complaint against CLE Door #***. The company did send my receipt. That's all! They did not mention any action to replace or repair the defective garage door opener Matt installed at my home. The reason I chose this company was their A+ rating with the Revdex.com. I am not surprised they have not responded. I have been lied to and deceived by Matt since the begin of this ordeal. I feel I've been ripped off.

RESPONSE FROM BUSINESS TAKEN OVER THE PHONE BY Revdex.com STAFF MEMBER M.S.Spoke with Matt. He stated that he did go to consumer's home after being notified of an issues. They replaced the opener with an new one. Everything with the opener was working fine except the function to be operated by the *** app. They replaced the logic board to see if that would rectify the issue but it failed. The company is now trying to get in touch with *** to see if they have a solution to the connection issue.

RESPONSE FROM CONSUMER RECEIVED VIA EMAIL BY Revdex.com STAFF MEMBER In regards to the CLE door response to my complaint. They have never replaced the original defective unit they installed. They did replace the logic board in early June. Which made things worse. Prior to this in May I was told they would swap out the entire unit. I have tried to be patient and understanding with this company. They say they will take care of it and do nothing. They have missed several appointments that have been made. It is obvious to me they have no intention of making this right. They have had enough time and several opportunities to do so. This company lied and deceived me. They do not deserve an A+ rating from the Revdex.com. If this is an A+ company then I will stop using the Revdex.com website. They are an F. Matt is just letting this drag on hoping it will go away.

CLE Door has tried everything in their power to fix the issue for *** but was unable to. Since we can not, the business would like to give *** a refund for the product and let him keep the new garage opener.

The business replaced the defective unit with a new one. Everything is working properly now. Finally.

I had my new garage door installed a few short weeks ago and was incredibly amazed at the customer service, professionalism and quality. Today, a chair fell in my garage and got caught in the track for the door, which wasn't realized until after the door was opening. I was so upset that my new door was now ruined. Within hours of calling Matt at CLE Door, he was at the house and was able to repair the door. Good as new. If every company delivered this level of customer service, homeownership would be a breeze.

If you are in the market for a garage door, look no further than CLE Door. Outstanding customer service, great product,and reliable! Matt, Josh & Zach are professional and get the job done right. They do not charge a fee to show up like other garage door companies in the area. They're great - shop local!

they did a great job!!! installation,cleanup,haul away everything was explained. When I had a problem months later they came when they said and fixed it no questions asked and then explained and showed what they did.

I WISH EVERY CONTRACTOR, SERVICEMAN, REPAIRMAN HAD THE SAME SALES APPROACH, ATTITUDE, FAIRNESS IN PRICE AS MATT DID HE WAS EASY TO DEAL WITH , HE ADDRESSED ALL MY CONCERNS AND WAS VERY ACCOMMADTING TO MY TIME CONSTRAINTS AND INSTALLED DOOR AND OPENER VERY PROFESSIONALLY IT IS VERY QUIET AND IT LOOKS GREAT, I AM VERY PLEASED WITH MY EXPERIENCE AND WILL BE STRONGLY RECOMMENDING HIM TO ANYONE THAT NEEDS A GARAGE DOOR. IF YOU NEED A DOOR YOU BETTER CALL CLE DOOR CO.
