I would not recommend Pioneer Heating and Air ConditioningI called them on Thursday morning because my heat had went out, they sent an extremely nice gentleman to look at my unit, he discovered that a part had gone bad and that my duct had some flow issuesHe said that a salesman would contact me that day to set up a time to come out and look at it and give me my options to fix itHe said they could not move forward with any repairs until the salesman came out and looked at the issue and went over my optionsI was never contacted by a salesman and finally on Friday I called to speak with a sales man, I explained to him that I was still with out heat and needed to see what I needed to do because I have young children, he said he would call me back and never didHere it is Monday and I am still without heat and still have not heard back from a sales manI called them b/c they came highly recommended, but I was not satisfied and will go with another company that will make me a priority! My family nor friends will use them again b/c of the way they have done me
