Clayton Transitional Center

Have visit this place and I still don't understand what kind of transitional center this is suppose to be?? They still treat the men their like prisonersTalk to them any kind of wayWhen they board the van to leave work.the men are not allowed to talk on there cell phones which I don't understandCall to talk to counselor have really no information for you and they do not take the time to speak with the individualsMore like rush them offI think it's very sad and a shame to work like thisI would not recommend this place for even a dog
