I just called Clayton Heating (Tuesday at 4:00 PM 10 degrees out). My 82year old mother's furnace quit working. I called for service & they told me that they could not come out until Thursday. Even though she had them out 1 month ago to make sure that her furnace was working (paid $600.00). What kind of service is this? BAD
