Improper install, misrepresentation, vehicle damage, mismanagement4/30/20162004 BMW X5Sales Rep: Owner - [redacted]$317 (Initial quote $175 via phone)The company damaged my vehicle and did not complete the job. Upon installation of my radio of my radio, backup camera, and satellite radio tuner the company has managed to damaged the plastic molding on my trunk lid and not properly install the HDMI internal connectors inside my vehicle. The technicians tried to hide the damage from me upon receipt of my vehicle. When approached about the issue with the installation and damage to my vehicle, the owner stated would fix the issue and has been avoiding me since the issue has arised. I have taken to the dealership, I was told that it would cost approximately $210 to repair the plastic molding.Desired SettlementI would like the company to pay for the damage that they have created to my vehicle. I would like for them to complete the installation of the audio package or pay for the completion of the installation by another company.
